2. Description of Service

Alstrum AI provides AI-powered trading signals, market analysis, and automated trade execution tools across stocks, forex, options, and cryptocurrency. The Services include signal generation, Trace explanations, portfolio tracking, brokerage integration, and live market data widgets. The platform is currently in beta, and features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

Alstrum's machine learning models and AI analysis have inherent limitations. Our models cannot:

• Account for unexpected news or events
• Guarantee profitable trades
• Eliminate market risk
• Replace professional financial advice

Confidence Scores: Confidence scores indicate model certainty, not outcome probability. A 90% confidence does not mean 90% chance of success. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Signal Changes: Signals can change as new data becomes available. A BUY signal can become a SELL signal. Always verify current signals before trading.

7. Market Risks

Trading involves numerous risks including but not limited to:

9. Brokerage Connections & Third-Party Services

When you connect a brokerage account through SnapTrade, you authorize Alstrum AI to execute trades on your behalf according to your configured strategies and risk parameters. You can revoke this access at any time.

Alstrum integrates with third-party services:

• SnapTrade — Brokerage connections
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Auth0 — Authentication

We are not responsible for these services' performance or reliability.

10. Beta Program & Founder's Circle

The platform is currently in beta. Beta users and Founder's Circle members acknowledge that:

• Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed during the beta period
• Founder's Circle membership provides lifetime access at founder pricing, early access to new features, priority support, and direct product influence
• Founder's Circle spots are limited and pricing is subject to change for new members
• Beta feedback and usage data may be used to improve the platform

11. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• Market data may have delays or errors
• Technical analysis is inherently imperfect
• AI analysis can be incorrect
• SMC indicators are interpretive, not definitive

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alstrum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services. You will not hold Alstrum liable for trading losses.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Alstrum AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
